Dry Seafood Curry
Ingredients
200 gm - Mak Nyonya Instant Fish Curry Sauce
200 gm - Fish fillet
200 gm - Fresh prawns
200 gm - Cuttlefish
1 no - Onion (diced)
3 tbsp - Desiccated coconut
2 tbsp - Lime juice
Methods
- Sauté Mak Nyonya Instant Fish Curry Sauce and onion over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add in all seafood ingredients and stir fry.
- Add in Desiccated coconut and stir through.
- Add lime juice and ready to serve.
