Spicy Rendang Mutton
Ingredients
200 gm - Mak Nyonya Instant Rendang Sauce
800 gm - Mutton
6 pcs - Dried chili (pounded)
100 ml - Coconut milk
500 ml - Water
Methods
- Blanch mutton in boiling water and drained.
- Sauté Mak Nyonya Instant Rendang Sauce and dried chili until fragrant.
- Add in mutton, water and bring to boil. Simmer over low heat for 45 minutes until meat is tender.
- Add in coconut milk until the sauce is drying out. Add sugar to taste, if needed.
- Serve hot with rice.
